The front door opens directly into a hall with an adjacent downstairs cloakroom. There is a recently decorated lounge/diner (tv, video, stereo) with wood-burning stove and French windows giving access to the rear patio. The newly fitted kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, washer/drier) also opens on to the rear patio (furniture, barbecue). Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two doubles and one single and bathroom. Both the small front garden and rear patio are enclosed.

Parking is by permit (one supplied) in the Lulworth Estate Car Park. If you wish to bring another car the charges are as follows £2.50 for two hrs, £4 for four hrs and £5 four hrs plus & £15 week. These charges apply 7am - 7 pm.

The beach at Lulworth is a pebble beach that welcomes dogs all year.
